There are lots of reasons that traditional in person support may not work for you! Maybe you are not ready yet, maybe there is nobody where you live, maybe you just want an extra boost in between your general support sessions.
Join our Body Doubling sessions: Live in person online peer support. We know how overwhelming it can feel! Our evidence-based online program keeps you motivated and accountable as you tackle life admin, cleaning, meal planning, and more—together. Here are some ways these sessions help our clients-

Home Tasks: We’ll help you overcome the procrastination and create a clean, comfortable home where you feel less stressed and more in control.

Life Admin: Beat the paperwork “doom piles.” With body doubling, we’ll help you sort bills, appointments, and important tasks without the stress.

Meal Planning & Groceries: Make meal times easier with simple plans and shopping lists—no more “what’s for dinner?” stress or endless takeaway.

Our NDIS registered and Aged Care Approved services are available in Alice Springs and online, offering shame-free support designed to help you feel confident and in control at home—and in life.

Thanks for being here! We know how hard it can be to reach out for support.
We also know the struggle to find services who really understand your unique needs as someone living with Autism/ADHD or Mental Health issues. After years of not finding quality, reliable & understanding home task support for our clients (and family!) we decided to start our own!
Our award winning service started in Alice Springs in 2020 & we've expanded because our toxic trait is not being able to turn a blind eye on people who are falling through the cracks of mainstream services.
Our NDIS and Aged care approved domestic care & home task support is rooted in our passion to empower people to live as independently as possible in their own homes. For your peace of mind we are a registered NDIS company and our staff are handpicked, trained, insured and fully screened to support you the way you deserve. Plus we think they're pretty awesome humans too.
We aim to buck the trend in this sector & empower instead of exploit all who engage with our services. We employ our staff and pay a good wage (so they don't have to work 90 hours a week to eat...yes this really happens!), invest in career development and prioritise employing people with ND/MH disabilities. We specialise in this not so sexy and challenging side of support work because we believe everyone deserves to live in a safe and clean home.
We choose to operate as a social enterprise who believes in empowering each other & we really want to make a difference in this sector.
Our Founder is 'late club' AuADHD so we’re passionate about offering a truly Neuroaffirming service and supporting people to live as independently as possible in their own homes. As a Lived Experienced team we understand your Mental Health & Neurospicy support needs better than anyone & we'd love to support you too.

Hey, we know we're not for everyone & we don't want to be. We're also not here to clean show homes, there are enough mainstream companies to do that. But we do make an impact and have a client happiness rate that gives us goosebumps & we hope that will include you too.
